THE FILMMAKERS BEHIND JALOGÜIN
ENRIQUE UNZUETA-MIRANDA
WRITER/DIRECTOR
Born in Tijuana, Mexico. Enrique is currently completing his MFA in Filmmaking at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Asia. He previously attended the University of California, Berkeley where he completed his B.A. in Art. Enrique is a Director & Cinematographer based in Southern California. His work has been shot in the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, China, Mexico, France and the United States, and it comprises of short films, commercials and music videos. Enrique is working on his thesis film that will be shot in Northern Mexico.
ALEXANDRA HSU
PRODUCER

Alexandra was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She recently completed her MFA in Filmmaking from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Asia in Singapore. Alexandra received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Scripps College of the Claremont Colleges, double majoring in Media Studies (Film Production) and Asian Studies.


Since the age of 16, Alexandra has pursued a career in film and entertainment. She worked for Spyglass Entertainment and China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio (CCTV). After college, she interned for three award-winning independent documentaries.

 

Alexandra has produced work in France, Hong Kong, Los Angeles/Orange County, CA, New York, the Philippines, Utah, Shanghai, and Singapore. As a producer, she always looks for strong, relevant, and compelling stories. And with her experience as a director/producer, she is able to take a director's vision and implement it in the most efficient and inexpensive manner.

JORDAN QUELLMAN
CINEMATOGRAPHER

Jordan Quellman has been based in Southeast Asia for the past six years where he has created work both documentary and fiction, while directing commercials for clients such as Nike, IKEA, and Google. His work has been shot around the globe premiering at numerous film festivals worldwide including Toronto, São Paulo, Telluride, and London. Two of his projects received the prestigious Kodak Gold Award, one for “Ash” in 2012 shot in Singapore, and more recently “Tricycle Thief” shot in Macau. Jordan is also a photography enthusiast. Jordan is currently in New York preparing his next projects.
